Ella’s bunny story July 21, 2008
Tonight Ella was having trouble getting to sleep so I laid down with her and told her I’d help her make up a story. She has a bunny she sleeps with so I asked her what her bunny was doing tomorrow. With no more prompting than that she said:
“The bunny’s going to get up and go to see Santa Claus. She’s going to tell Santa Claus that she wants someone to take care of her. Santa Claus puts me in a box and wraps me up, and leaves me for my bunny. My bunny opens the box and I jump out and then I can take care of her.”
Then she went to sleep.
That’s awesome.
