A funny story
We were sitting at lunch today. Lisa asked me what I was going to do today between my rehearsal and concert. I told her I might bring my laptop and camp out somewhere. She said, “If you go to Starbucks, you can get a free two hours”…..at which point Sydney sat up straight with an excited look on her face and said, “Free Chihuaua’s???? I want one!!!” I almost yarked my diet squirt!
Spider Dog
Lisa’s dad (AKA Papa Snail) made up a fictitious critter that he teases Sydney with, called Spider Dog. It’s been pretty funny watching her get excited to hear where Spider Dog is hiding this time, or what he is doing (chasing rats in the back yard, climbing up the side of house etc.). Well, Papa Snail put his pipe cleaner artistic skills to work. He bought a stuffed dog, made it into a Spider Dog, and sent it to Sydney.
